AXIX IDP
Solutions shaped by who touches the document
Whether you run intake, confirm fields, govern presets, or specialize in bank statements — AXIX IDP maps modules to the work you already own.

One product — different jobs to be done
Ops cares about throughput. Reviewers care about exceptions. Admins care about presets and capacity. Bank-statement teams care about monthly packets that must become confirmed grids. These solution paths speak those jobs plainly.
Choose a path
Operations
Back-office operations teams that live in daily document volume — uploading packets, watching the queue, clearing exceptions, and shipping approved field packages downstream. AXIX IDP keeps intake, pipeline status, and review ownership visible so ops is not the bottleneck between “PDF arrived” and “data is usable.”
Analysts & reviewers
Analysts and reviewers who own accuracy. They validate classifications, correct fields, promote schemas from discovery, and use document Q&A when a statement raises a follow-up. AXIX IDP centers human judgment where confidence is low — without forcing every page through the same slow path.
Admins
Administrators who configure bank-statement and generic presets, set review defaults, manage access, and align capacity — including optional page quotas through the Axix portal. They keep AXIX IDP stable for ops and reviewers while giving leadership clear guardrails.
Bank statements
Teams drowning in monthly and ad-hoc bank statements. AXIX IDP’s bank-statement preset, schema discovery for new layouts, and review dashboard turn statement packets into confirmed fields — balances, periods, transactions, and parties — ready for finance systems and analyst follow-up via document Q&A.
Shared foundation
Every solution rides the same five-stage pipeline
Upload, read, classify, extract, review — then knowledge and chat when questions arrive after sign-off. Solution pages highlight which modules each persona opens first. Browse by role (operations, reviewers, admins) or by document type (bank statements and generic packets).
- Upload
- Read
- Classify
- Extract
- Review

Same workspace surfaces — different first clicks
Every solution path still lands in Documents, Upload, discovery, settings, knowledge, or agent chat — just ordered for the job.
- Documents: See every file move from intake to signed-off fields.
- Upload: Drop packets in; the pipeline starts without a ticket.
- Schema Discovery: Learn the shape of a document before fields go live.
- Settings: Presets, capacity, and admin controls in one control room.

“We stopped debating tools and started debating who owns the exception — that is the right argument.”
Solutions FAQ
Yes. Most teams blend operations and reviewers on day one, then deepen admin and bank-statement paths as volume grows.
From the product overview
AXIX IDP turns unstructured documents into trusted fields
AXIX IDP is Axix Technologies’ Intelligent Document Processing workspace: teams upload PDFs and similar packets, the system reads and classifies them, extracts structured fields (including tables), and reviewers validate results in a web dashboard — with optional page-quota integration against the Axix customer portal. On this page, Solutions stays on that same path so solutions never becomes an orphan folder.
- Read → classify → extract → review dashboard
- Bank statement and generic presets built in
