AXIX IDP

A guided assistant for pipeline status and document tasks.

Agent chat sits next to the review dashboard so operators and reviewers can ask what needs attention, where a batch stands, or which documents are waiting on human confirmation. It is oriented to document work: status, fields, presets, and capacity — not generic chat. Teams get faster orientation on busy mornings without training everyone on every screen.

Agent chat in the wider pipeline

How this module connects to upload → read → classify → extract → review.

  1. Upload

Bring PDFs and scans into AXIX IDP — single files or mixed batches — and choose bank-statement or generic presets. Agent chat stays available as the packet moves.

  2. Read

AXIX IDP reads each page so text and layout become usable for classification and field work. Agent chat stays available as the packet moves.

  3. Classify

Documents are typed and routed so the right schema and review path apply — statements vs. generic forms. Agent chat stays available as the packet moves.

  4. Extract

Fields, tables, and repeating rows are pulled into structured results ready for human confirmation. Agent chat stays available as the packet moves.

  5. Review

The review dashboard surfaces confidence, exceptions, and ownership so ops and analysts can sign off. Agent chat stays available as the packet moves.

Professional using Agent chat

“I ask the agent what is blocked before I open a single packet — then I review with intent.”

From the product overview

AXIX IDP turns unstructured documents into trusted fields

AXIX IDP is Axix Technologies’ Intelligent Document Processing workspace: teams upload PDFs and similar packets, the system reads and classifies them, extracts structured fields (including tables), and reviewers validate results in a web dashboard — with optional page-quota integration against the Axix customer portal. On this page, Agent chat stays on that same path so products agent chat never becomes an orphan folder.

Suggested walkthrough from Agent chat

The same first path the product overview recommends — adapted for every marketing route.

  1. Sign in and open the workspace

After login you get AXIX IDP with left navigation: Documents, Upload, Schema Discovery, Settings, plus knowledge and agent chat where enabled.

  2. Upload a document

Send one or more PDFs to start the pipeline. Track progress from the Documents list while reading, classification, and extraction run.

  3. Review in Documents

Open a packet for status, extracted fields, classification, and page artifacts. Reprocess or remove items when needed; export when fields are trusted.

  4. Refine schemas and capacity

Use Schema Discovery when onboarding a new document type. Admins use Settings for portal / account linkage and processing preferences — including page limits against the Axix portal.

What document teams notice on AXIX IDP

★★★★★

I open a packet to check classification and extracted fields, fix gaps, then export. Review stays in the dashboard — not in email threads.
